Persiapan hidangan untuk buka puasa....... sebelum makanan berat masuk memenuhi perut kita, sebaiknya diisi dengan yang berserat terlebih dahulu agar pencernaan kita tidak capek kerjanya...dari yang kosong langsung kerja keras dgn hidangan yg berat... buntutnya kita juga yang merasakan sakitnya.... hehehe...
